This role is based in Hallam, Australia at our APAC head office and as SSA you will be responsible for supporting our external sales team throughout the Asia Pacific region. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to; building sound business relationships with our customer base, the processing and coordination of incoming orders, sales reporting and account reconciliation responsibilities.


Be an expert at all things related to the SSA role
Process incoming orders from local and International customers
Process advance replacement orders
Provide ETAs, shipping status and tracking information and resolve any issues.
Process all incoming payments and reconciliations.
Perform account reconciliation.
Actively follow up telephone leads as required, qualifying requirements and ensuring that they are processed through correct sales channels.

Your preferred experience

Previous internal sales experience with International customers in an electronics or consumer goods environment.
Friendly professional telephone manner with a demonstrated ability to build customer rapport over the phone.
Attention to detail in all aspect of the internal sales process.
Excellent numeracy skills and high-level data entry accuracy
Excellent knowledge ERP systems including SAP or similar.
Demonstrated ability to work closely with warehouses and couriers to ensure products are delivered on time and as promised.
Demonstrated ability to support external Sales Representatives with reporting and sales support.
Excellent MS Office/Excel, Word skills.
Actively follow up telephone leads as required, qualifying requirements and ensuring that they are processed through correct sales channels.
Multi-lingual, fluency in Mandarin well considered
